Outside motion sensor light not working

It worked like a champ, range was good, turned on and off when it was supposed to, etc.. When we started to get cold weather, the auto function seemed to stop working and the light stays on ... Humidity can also play a role if the light is going on and off continually. See if moisture might be built up on the sensor lens or in the sensor itself.
