WitrynaYou will need to modify the existing mesh in Blender if you're trying to mod most of the armor in the game but if you wanted to mod a shirt, then they are not armor. They are considered as undershirt and if you want to modify that all you need to do is edit the .dds texture in Photoshop or any other image editor software that you're familiar with.
