This will give you an item level 265 legendary belt, which cannot be upgraded, at the end. The belt’s stats and power, which is set to the Unity legendary power, cannot be changed either. WebYou just need the legendary power, the base item, the missives for secondary stats, and enough ash, cinders, and flux to forge it. The flux is just for 291, so if you want to make a 262, you just need the ash and cinders. The power is account wide, so if you want it on an alt you can make it any time after acquiring it on your main.
