WebDec 18, 2024 · Since the Flow is running in the context of the person who created the Flow that will normally result in a List Item where that person is the Created By. My answer is the only way to fix that issue. Are you just having trouble retrieving the Created By field from the trigger or could you be more specific about the problem.

Since this is a selected item trigger there is one other possibility. in the run only users panel you can add the list itself as a run only user. Doing that will give anyone with access to the list the ability to run the flow.
